Return Method

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from receiving your purchase to request a return. Please notify us via email at mundragroups2018@gmail.com beforehand returning the goods.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and notify us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can resolve the issue. However, we do not accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.

We accept returns and provide refunds or credit only under the following conditions:

  • The items must be returned in their original condition as shipped, with no signs of damage or alteration.
  • Notification of your intention to return must be communicated to us within 72 hours of receiving the items.
  • The returned items must reach us within 12 days from the date of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for covering all shipping and handling charges associated with the return. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe return of the item, including appropriate packaging and insurance for added protection.

Refund Process

Once your return has been approved, we will facilitate the Refund process. Please note that for faulty goods, the customer will be responsible for the return postage costs. Upon receiving the returned goods, we will process your refund via your original payment method within 14 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
