Shipping Methods:
We tailor our shipping methods to suit the nature of the product and your preferences, ensuring a seamless experience. For smaller items, we utilize trusted courier services such as DHL, FedEx, SF Express , Aramex, and others. These services provide efficient delivery with tracking numbers provided via email for your convenience.
For larger or bulkier items, as well as orders requiring special handling, we may recommend air cargo or sea/ocean container shipping options. These methods are selected based on the size and quantity of the products ordered, ensuring safe and secure transportation to your desired destination.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt, or within the lead time specifically mentioned for the product on the website. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays or holidays. The Wholesale order can take 7-12 days, depending on the quantity and item order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we may contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We provide free shipping for the Order Value of $100 and above. Below this order value Additional $15 is added as a shipping charge.
The Wholesale prices exclude shipping. The prices will depend upon the shipping carrier used, the weight and volume of the product.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs and Import Fees:
It's important to be aware that customs regulations and import duties may apply to international shipments. Premium Thangka Store cannot be held responsible for any additional charges incurred due to customs clearance processes in your country. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.
Damages
We are entirely committed to delivering your product safely and on time. If the ordered items are damaged during transit, please notify us immediately with the order details. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection by the insurance company.
Invalid shipping addresses and refused deliveries.
We make every effort to validate the shipping address given at checkout to ensure that it is recognized as valid by the courier. If we are unable to authenticate the address, we will attempt to contact the customer to give an updated address. If we are unable to alter the address, we will cancel and refund your order.
Premium Thangka Store will not be held liable if the customer gives an incorrect mailing address and we are unable to reclaim the package.
